Currently under construction, this early 20th century estate home in Northern California was in disrepair and in desperate need of a facelift and remodel. The entire interior was gutted and other than the four front formal spaces (the Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, and Library), every room in the house is being reconfigured and rebuilt to a new standard of living for the family. A new Primary Bathroom is being added and a portion of the second floor attic space is being remodeled to include a bedroom suite, and a Study. The rear of the house was dull and underwhelming and did not reflect the level of interest and detail that the front had. Some of those same details are being added to the rear to give the entire home the attention it deserves. The renderings herein reflect what the final results will be when completed.
